Ricky, a Chartered Accountant (AIR 37) and former Big 4 leader in France, has led 200+ cross-border transactions across sectors like life sciences, energy, and fintech. Prateek, a Columbia Business School alumnus and former Associate Director in KPMG Germany’s Private Equity team, drives Hillpine’s India business while nurturing global delivery relationships. Together, they bring Big 4 execution standards with boutique agility, enabling consulting and accounting firms, investment banks, and PE funds across Western markets to scale seamlessly, while also supporting small and mid corporates in India with fundraising, CFO advisory, and exit-readiness planning.
