Its role as largest employer in the Town of Parma and involvement in community and business partnerships has made the district a strong, visible presence in the area. Teachers, administrators, support staff, including clerical staff, teacher assistants and teacher aides, bus drivers, food service workers, custodians and maintenance personnel, are employed by the District.
