Kip Hilton finished his high school education in 1982 and began his college education at Catawba Valley Community and Technical Institute in Landscape Technology for two years, before beginning his first business in landscaping and paving with his Father Max Hilton in 1984. After Max Hilton’s retirement in 1999, Hilton Incorporated was founded by Kip Hilton with the help of his wife Alicia Hilton. The family business has since continued to grow with many new additions including Kip’s first son Kolt Hilton in 2011. Kolt attended North Carolina State University and graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering and currently serves as the company’s Vice President. In addition, Adam Buchannan, Kip Hilton’s son in law has also joined the family business. More recently Kip’s second son, Karson Hilton, has joined the business, after attending Appalachian State University in the Building sciences department. Kip’s third son, Koby Hilton, is currently attending North Carolina State University studying Ag Business where he plans to graduate in 2023. Hilton Inc. is a commercial grading company with capabilities to complete all construction projects and task taken on. We at Hilton Inc. have operated as a family business and will continue to as we grow and hope to bring our education and experience to your future projects.
