The Himalayan Student Association aims to highlight the diverse and rich cultures of the Himalayas and serve as a strong community for Himalayan students to feel safe and heard at Stony Brook University. We hope to introduce an atmosphere that welcomes all students to participate in the activities our people have practiced for centuries. We aspire to provide a voice for our people while opening the door for students of other ethnicities to learn and explore our traditions and customs.
