HINTRAG (Hachem Industry and Trading Group) was launched with a vision to produce high quality powder desserts, instant powder drinks and baking/cooking ingredients for retail sale and food service industry. The founding partners of HINTRAG have more than 40 years of know-how in the powder dessert and drinks industry; in addition, they possess a well-established experience in fast moving consumer goods business. Using their rich background, they have created their venture. The set goal of HINTRAG is to offer its local and international clientele innovative and high-end products at a competitive and unbeatable pricing, aiming to exceed its clients’ expectations while ensuring their unequivocal satisfaction. HINTRAG was the granted the title of “Business of the Year for 2013” at the Brilliant Lebanese Awards. Quality Assurance Consumer satisfaction” is HINTRAG’s main objective as well as its commitment to food safety and quality standards in production, packaging and products delivery. We conform to local regulatory and legislative bodies, such as LIBNOR standards, as well as international food laws, industry codes of practice and guidelines, such as Codex Alimentarius, Food Code, and EU legislation codes of practice. To ensure safe food delivery to the market and strengthen our quality, we have installed within our premises an effective ISO 22000:2005 management system for Food Safety and Quality as well as an ISO 22005:2007 management system for Traceability in the Feed and Food chain; both certified by SAI Global with Australian Accreditation from JAS-ANZ.
