We are a user-led social enterprise, offering well-being workshops and creative mental health recovery programmes.
We apply trauma-informed approaches to bridge the gap between Hip Hop and expressive writing.
We include everyone but are particularly keen to work with men, young people and Minority Ethnic people due to the mental health inequalities these groups face - especially as they are widely represented in Hip Hop culture.
