Added to this, the thought leadership that has been extended to this industry from Deepak Kanakaraju through his blog Digital Deepak has created a new benchmark in the industry. Once we realized that the recruitment industry was a classic chicken and egg problem, we knew we had solved half of the problem by creating a pool of candidates.
