Our Firm Hire Level Coaching is a high-performance career coaching firm. We help our clients communicate more effectively on paper (resume & cover letter), electronically (LinkedIn profiles & personal bios), and in person (interviews & networking). Our Philosophy We believe you can have anything in this world you want, including your dream job, if you knew how to communicate more effectively. If you can clearly and convincingly articulate the value you can add to an employer through your resume, cover letter, and interview, the job is yours. As young professionals, we generally don't have the jobs we want, not because we lack the education, skills, and experience, instead, we don't do a good job of communicating how our education, skills, and experience can add value to employers. Our Approach We take the bold approach. The bold people get ahead in life, not the smart. We’re confident in who we are and what we have to offer; we know our worth and make no apologies when articulating how we can add value to anyone and any organization. We want our clients to view themselves in the same way.We help our clients prepare for the entire job search in a big and bold way, which ultimately gives them the confidence they need to secure they opportunities they want. Our Goal Our ultimate goal is to help our clients land their dream job. A dream job is simply a job you would do for free. If our clients are not in a position to land their dream job at the moment, we help them land a bridge job. A bridge job is a job that will prepare you for your dream job by exposing you to the information, network, and skills needed to land your dream job. After a year or two of working in a bridge job, we fully expect you to have the necessary skills and experience to land your dream job.
