Hired Labs is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working to end veteran underemployment. Veterans have the skills employers seek, but are more likely to be underemployed than their peers. Although significant strides have been made in reducing veteran unemployment, the underemployment gap between veterans and non-veterans has been growing since 2010 and continues to widen. Veterans who enlisted in the military are more likely to be underemployed than those who served as commissioned officers.
We believe that people who enlisted in the U.S. military should not struggle to find fulfilling careers that maximize the use of their skills after service.
Hired Labs designs and builds web and mobile apps to automate tedious parts of the job search, provides free resume update and high-touch job search services for US military veterans, and training for talent acquisition teams that want to hire more veterans.
