Founder Roy Luitjens purchased the recruiting and franchise rights for Management Recruiters of Bloomington, Inc. from Al Snedden and incorporated Premrose Partners in 2008. Mr. Luitjens was a senior recruiting manager with Management Recruiters of Bloomington with a long record of success dating back to 1983. Management Recruiters of Bloomington was established in 1979 as a franchisee of Management Recruiters International (MRI). Premrose Partners continued their franchise relationship with the MRI Network until 2018. Premrose Partners has always been a family affair, with Mr. Luitjens grandson Jeremy Burkhart joining the company in 2008 as an account executive and rising through the ranks to become Managing Partner in 2015. In 2018, Mr. Burkhart became a partner & co-owner with an equal share of an ownership stake in the company. For over 10 years, Mr. Luitjens served as President and Owner of Premrose Partners until his unexpected passing in July 2019. Mr. Burkhart has assumed sole ownership of the company and remains dedicated to continuing.
