Hireterra is an anonymous job search platform for professionals in the US. At Hireterra we understand the main pain points of the recruiting process: 1) A passive job seeker gets tons of irrelevant job offers on LinkedIn and similar platforms. 2) An active candidate applies everywhere, although the response rate is critically low. 3) Recruiters experience a lack of available professionals as demand is constantly growing. This is why we created a job search platform that allows candidates to easily apply and concentrate only on getting relevant job offers, without the risks of being recognized by the current employer.
