We built Hiring Hub because we felt the big, corporate recruitment PLCs delivered a slow, rigid, expensive and commoditised service. We believe independent, specialist recruitment agencies care more and deliver a better service so we sought to unite them, and make it easy for employers to find and work with them. Fundamentally, through Hiring Hub, we aim to use tech to facilitate better relationships between employers and recruitment agencies. Hiring Hub is proven to help employers fill jobs faster, in just 26 days on average in 2024. For transparency, recruitment agency terms and fees are fixed upfront. We partner with companies like Henkel, Dodd Group and Sega Amusements, as well as 1000s of SMEs, support our vision and use Hiring Hub to find good recruiters, and hire great candidates.
