Hirschle & Partner is a worldwide operating lean consultancy.
In 3 different business segments we aim to broaden the understanding of the methods and tools of the Toyota Production System (TPS). We support our customers in the implementation of a lean production system.
The 3 business segments are defined as follows:
Coaching and Mentoring
We train and guide managers of all levels in the application and implementation of TPS and Kaizen.
Consultancy
In shopfloor-workshops we work on selected focus topics of TPS. Here we offer an intensiv methodical and organisational support with the clear focus on a sustainable implementation of the results.
Production System Academy
In our own Trainings-Center we convey mainly through practical application the basic principles of the Toyota Production System. We derive from the general context of TPS the specific methods and tools.
A special form of training are benchmarktours organised by us. Here we visit Best-Practice-companies in Japan.
