HISP Ethiopia engages in open-source software development and implementation with a specific focus on DHIS2 and other tools in the health and education spaces and beyond.
HISP Ethiopia staff has supported the Ministries of Health in Ethiopia and beyond in setting up a DHIS2 instance for HMIS. Over the years, they have also supported partners in server administration, DHIS2 customization, metadata management, data management, data visualization, metadata governance, and capacity building.
Apart from ministries of health, HISP Ethiopia has also worked with other partners including Amref Health Africa, JSI, Last Mile Health, Save the Children, and others.
