Hispanic Collaborative Network
is a non-profit organization with a collaborative network of members committed to offering services and events which empower our community. HCN has Action Teams made up of members that focus on access to healthcare, education, and family empowerment. HCN also addresses access to culturally enhanced services which results in an improved quality of life by addressing cultural and linguistic barriers. HCN invites organizations and individuals that share our vision to help us improve the quality of life for Hispanics. The network meets Quarterly to collaborate, discuss relevant issues facing the community, and network.
