Histapharm is a Canadian company pioneering the control of histamine level in various dysfunctions by oral administration of the plant enzyme – histaminase (called also Diamineoxidase DAO). This vegetal enzymatic therapy consists in reducing inflammation through degradation of histamine and hydrogen peroxide.
