Higher Institute of Sciences -HIS- is the first Algerian private multidisciplinary university accredited by the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as of November 26, 2019, under No. 1951. The university strives to deliver a high-quality level of education and research and instills in its graduates a strong sense of leadership, entrepreneurial responsibility, volunteerism, the concept of continuing education and lifelong learning.
