Hita informatics is a Regulatory Technology start up focused on providing innovative solutions to enable businesses to automate Goods and Services Tax compliance in India. It was founded by Praveen Kumar AVLN, Vikram L Prabakar and Jitendra Joshi after several months of deep research, before finalizing on Goods and Services Tax solutions as the primary focus.India has 85 lakh registered organizations that generate over 5 billion invoices. If each of these invoices need to get to the GST system from all parties involved in the transaction, it would require the businesses to adapt new age technological solutions that automate compliance and ensure integrations with both the GST system and the counter parties. We have expertise in designing and delivering tax solutions globally and had been a part of similar transformation of several such tax systems globally. As our expertise was a perfect match for the opportunity, we decided to make GST compliance as the focus area for our business. Our mission is “To bring innovation to every aspect of tax compliance needs of Indian businesses.”
