Our Journey Through the Years
Foundation and Growth
Founded in 1976 by Shri Rajender Verma, Hitco began with Band Heaters for the Plastic Processing Industry. By 1980, we expanded into Mica and Ceramic Band Heaters, establishing our first factory in Delhi.
Leadership and Expansion
In 1994, Mr. Vikas Verma joined as Managing Director, driving modernization and international expansion. By 1997, we incorporated as Hitco Electricals Pvt. Ltd., earned ISO 9001-2000 certification, and debuted at Plastindia.
Innovations and Market Reach
Between 1998-2002, we introduced High-Density Cartridge Heaters, "Insulation Plus" Power Saving Heaters, and partnered with major OEMs. Our growing reputation led to a larger facility and an extensive distributor network.
Technology and Infrastructure Growth
From 2015 onward, we integrated Solid Edge 3D Software, developed INSUL Wrap with Aerogel Technology, and expanded with warehouses in Gujarat and a new production facility in Delhi.
Recent Achievements
In 2023, we launched the Power Saving Induction Heating System (Induce Heat), furthering our commitment to energy efficiency. By 2024, we introduced Blue Coating for Tubular Heaters and became a Silver Member of Plastfocus. Our Chief Visionary, Mr. Vvikas Verma, continues to lead Hitco in innovation and industry leadership.
