A- Currently we are incubating Hitec-med dental division in Orange county California . There are over 220 Dental offices in OC and our goal is to provide IT installation and managed services to over 10% of them by 2010.
B- Hitec-med is a division of Innova Global technology Inc. ( www.innovaglobal.com ) . Innova installs and manage complex IT infrastructure installation nationwide, through its project management staff , tools , experience and network of 180 professional license associates and business partner Nationwide .
C- We have proven fact that both A and B are good business which have healthy bottom line , even in recession
D- Our Plan is to put A + B and roll out a national dealer ship program. This program offers our national associates to join and add to their revenue .
E- In our model Hitec-med will provide them with Marketing , Sales , Operational tools and know how which will enable our associates and business partners to use and add their installation and business expertise and apply them to medical and dental businesses which are located in their respective states.
F- With our business model and manage service model, they will develop on going business and clients that are local, financial stable and stay in the same business area for 5 to 10 years . These clients are usually not technology savvy and pay for IT support ( recurring income )
G- . We strongly believe due to current US health care initiatives, Hippa requirements and require industry wide cost cutting, small and medium heath care businesses have to go Hitec. Then Hitec-med is in a right place at a right time.
H- Presently we are looking for talented individuals with proven success in technology franchising or successful business roll up to join us and go through the last few miles
