HITEC (Shanghai HiTeC Plastics Co., Ltd.) was established in 2001, by the Plastika Kritis Group, a leading European manufacturer of plastic products. It rapidly became one of the most important producers of agricultural films in the Chinese market with the introduction of PEP® greenhouse films. In 2022 the company expanded its operations with the establishment of a new plant, Anhui HITEC Plastics Co., Ltd. and the introduction of POP® films. For over two decades, we have been committed to deeply understanding the unique requirements of agricultural and industrial applications and how they can benefit from plastic films. By utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from Europe and the United States and ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest international standards, HITEC grew to a significant supplier in the US and Canadian markets. The company is certified under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series 18001), and our products undergo quality testing in accordance with ASTM standards.
