Founded in 1991 by Department of Sport and Leisure, Hitt Húsið is a youth centre that aims to support young adults aged 16-25 year old. Today it runs diverse programs in the fields of culture, art, counseling, and leisure activities for young adults with disabilities.
The main objectives of Hitt Húsið are to:
