Language centric artificial intelligence
HiTZ is a reference center on Language Technologies from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). Our aim is to promote research, training, technological transfer and innovation in Artificial Intelligence focused on language and speech. HiTZ is made up of the research groups Ixa and Aholab, the main driving forces in the area, which were created in 1988 and 1995 respectively.
Hizkuntza eta ahotsa ardatz duen adimen artifiziala
HiTZ (UPV/EHU) erreferentziazko zentroa da Hizkuntza Teknologietan. Gure helburua da ikerketa, prestakuntza, transferentzia teknologikoa eta berrikuntza sustatzea hizkuntza eta ahotsa ardatz duten adimen artifizialean. Ixa eta AhoLab ikerketa-taldeek osatzen dute HiTZ zentroa, arloko eragile nagusiak izan direnak 1988an eta 1998an, hurrenez hurren sortu zirenetik.
Inteligencia Artificial centrada en el lenguaje y el habla
HiTZ (UPV/EHU) es un centro de referencia en Tecnologías del lenguaje. Nuestro objetivo es promover la investigación, la formación, la transferencia tecnológica y la innovación en Inteligencia Artificial centrada en el lenguaje y el habla. HiTZ está formado por los grupos de investigación Ixa y Aholab, los principales tractores en el área desde su creación en 1988 y 1995 respectivamente.

HiTZ est un centre de référence sur les technologies langagières de la Université du Pays Basque (UPV/EHU). Notre objectif est de promouvoir la recherche, la formation, le transfert technologique et l'innovation dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle centrée sur le langage et la parole. HiTZ intègre les groupes de recherche Ixa et Aholab qui sont les principaux tracteurs dans le domaine depuis leur création en 1988 et 1998 respectivement.
