HIVCA is an alliance of VCSE organisations. It is the main pathway for engagement between the Integrated Care Board, Partnership and System (ICB, ICP and ICS), and the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector.
HIVCA is the only alliance of its nature open to all VCSE organisations across
Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Southampton and Portsmouth. It is free to join.
HIVCA is led by a Leadership Committee of its membership, which has
representation from five VCSE organisations bringing knowledge of the different geographies in our area, sizes of organisations and nature of
work.
