With over 30 years experience within residential lettings through our sister company Easthams & Co, we have extensive experience of dealing with block management companies. During this time we have found owners, residents and ourselves for that matter becoming increasingly frustrated by the poor service levels and lack of communication provided by many of these companies and felt we could do better. Having spent the last 12 months researching and developing our offering we are pleased to finally announce the launch of Hive Block Management founded on the principles of excellent customer service, reliability and continuous improvement. With first hand experience of block management from the other side, we know that happy owners and residents are the key to successful block management, as such we provide them with 24 hour telephone contact, monthly site visits and evening drop in sessions on site with one of our block managers. We use the latest technology allowing owners and residents to log in to our system at anytime for updates on maintenance, service charges and safety inspections
