Hong Kong Anti-Cancer Society (HKACS)

The Hong Kong Anti-Cancer Society (HKACS) is the oldest non-profit-making cancer organisation in Hong Kong. HKACS is committed to helping prevent cancer and increasing knowledge and awareness of cancer among the public through education, research, the development of prevention guidelines, and counselling services. The “HKACS Jockey Club Rehabilitation Centre” provides a one-stop nursing and rehabilitation service, and runs charity programmes such as the “Charity Bed” and “Betterment Funds”, which provide free inpatient services and cancer treatment to patients with limited financial resources. It launched a new program "HKACS-Jockey Club Cancer Survivorship Care Project", aiming to provide comprehensive support to patients and families.
