Established in 1999, the Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants & Related Trades (HKFORT) is a politically neutral and non-profit professional body composed of management elites from the culinary and associated industries. Our commitment is to enhance the status of the food and beverage sector and broaden its developmental prospects, offering our members a platform for networking and collaboration.
Over the years, HKFORT has grown to represent over 1,300 members, including individual merchants and corporate groups, encompassing more than 10,000 diverse dining and related establishments of various types and sizes.
