一群來自不同社會崗位、有志參與社會事務的青年世代，旨在鼓勵及推動跨世代換位思考、研究推論、在地參與、回饋社會、求同存異，提倡社會面對各種問題時，要「一齊拆掂佢」。本會沒有既定政治立場，喜與社會上各方各面各光譜各持分的團體聯繫，忠於獨立思考言論，對慎思明辯的執著，能就本會參與者認為重要的議題，達致並提出一些有根據的意見或建議。創會成員均為青年世代，沒有政黨背景，最年輕的成員為在學大專學生。我們的關注點涵蓋青年事務、發展、文化、經濟、教育、環境、醫療等各個領域。本會的參與者來自各行各業，包括會計、教育、設計、財經、政府、醫療、傳媒、資訊、運輸，建築師，學術，政策研究等。
