WHAT WE DO - Building on a History of Outstanding Work Performance in the MMRP Industry with numerous World-Class Companies for Government and Commercial Clients HL was formed in 2017 as a Native American Owned Socio-Economic Disadvantaged company, Headquartered in Maxton North Carolina, a recognized HUBZONE and Opportunity Zone. We have the full capability to quickly mobilize manpower and material resources to perform work throughout the United States and Territories with offices and business partners located; Knoxville Tennessee, Aberdeen Maryland, San Diego California, San Antonio Texas, Huntsville Alabama, Baltimore Maryland, Omaha Nebraska, Los Alamos New Mexico, Hawaii, Guam, Quantico Virginia, and Gouverneur New York. Additionally, HL has relationships with partners in Afghanistan, Iraq, Jordan, Zimbabwe, Australia, and South Africa to support international projects. Octavius along with our other owners and executive management team, Terry M. Collins and Matt Hughs have decades of successful work with industry-leading firms supporting the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of State (DoS) and other federal and state agencies. All of our owners started as operators and progressed through project and program management to executive management at these companies supporting the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), US Navy, US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), DoS Bureau of Political and Military Affairs Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA). Terry and Matt are former US Military EOD Technicians and Octavius is a certified UXO Technician. Together HL brings over 75 years of experience having worked throughout the United States, Territories, and Worldwide. Owned and Operated by experienced and certified UXO and EOD Operators, HL has developed and grown relationships with numerous peer companies throughout the industry, government and commercial clients, and hundreds of UXO and EOD Technicians.
