Our company is providing auditing, tax and other advisory services. Before the establishment of the company we have worked for international auditing companies for several years and gathered international experience. Beside to the usual audit of the annual reports we have also supported the accounting and tax advisory services.
We have established our company to provide auditing and advisory services according to international and local regulations as well. In our opinion our experience in the field of differences between international and local regulations for taxation and accounting is quite valuable for our clients. The staff at HLB Hungary maintain close relations with their clients to ensure a thorough understanding of their business objectives and problems.
HLB Hungary audits annual reports prepared in accordance with both Hungarian and international accounting standards. During our work we rely on the internal auditing standards of HLB International and the provisions of the Chamber of Hungarian Auditors. The services offered to clients by our audit division include, but are not limited to, the following:
• audit of Hungarian annual reports
• audit of reporting packages for consolidation purposes compiled in accordance with international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, German commercial code etc.)
• opinions on asset and liability statements
• accounting advisory in the event of acquisitions
