Hellenic Psychotherapy Laboratory of Brussels

The Hellenic Psychotherapy Laboratory of Brussels is dedicated to supporting Greek speakers across Europe through a person-centered, feminist, and affirmative approach. Our team of psychologists and psychotherapists offers individual, couple, and group psychotherapy, along with experiential workshops. Our specialized programs, blending theory and experience, include Parent Effectiveness Training (PET), Primal Therapy, and Visibility Matters: An LGBTQIA+ Approach, which focuses on gender and romantic/sexual identity. Each service is crafted to respect the cultural and linguistic nuances of the Greek community, promoting self-discovery, emotional well-being, and personal growth.
