• Lifting & Transport solution: what is the impact of a proposed Heavy Lift, Transport or Rigging solution not only for your on-site safety, operation but also the impact on the timeline and budgets.
• On-site assessment Qualification & experience of operators, riggers, supervisors and other HLTR professionals.
• Manufacturer, OSHA / ASME guidelines related to maintenance & repair procedures for on-site equipment to avoid under-performing equipment causing a multitude of delays and safety concerns.
Current & future HLTR Equipment owners:
• OSHA crane inspections with in-depth assessment of the current and future state of your investments will allow you to plan ahead of upcoming repairs or maintenance; our reports will go beyond the sticker on the glass!
• Transport, rigging equipment inspections for on-site use or for fleet adjustments (purchase or selling).
• Preventative Maintenance programs to be assessed, corrected or set up for your team to implement in your company. Our expertise will make sure the PM & repair program will adhere to Equipment Manufacturer Recommendations while adhering to local rules and regulation while adjusting the program to your company’s needs in equipment usage.
• Oil Sampling the multiple oils and coolants used in our industry for your equipment will give you a current but also a look into the future state of your engines, transmissions, gear boxes and hydraulic equipment.
Renting , Lease to purchase & leasing equipment; insurance & damage claims:
• Did the repair bill shock you? Are you in doubt about the cause of the repair / damage? We will be able to assess the repairs performed or proposed and its validity.
