Changing and Improving Lives: Head of the Lakes United Way is committed to improving the quality of life in the Ashland/Bayfield, Greater Duluth, North Shore, and the Superior -Douglas County campaign areas. We work together with organizations and individuals to achieve positive and lasting change in our community. A Leader and Partner: We are a leader and partner in understanding our area’s most pressing human service needs and identifying the best approaches for addressing those needs. Working Together for Results: United Way mobilizes people within our region to invest in quality programs and high-impact initiatives that achieve results.
