2. Training
We provide various degrees of training to members of management and staff in the areas of Basic Management Development, Communication Skills, Leadership & Development, Human resources, Health & safety, Business writing clinic, Customer services with emphasis on Call Center Management, Customer Recovery & Retention, Refresher Programing for Customer Service, and Customer Changing Need Analysis.
We also have a skill enhancement program for customer psychologists of different orientation and specialization. We design a training module on risk management for small businesses with a particular focus on the behavioural perspectives in risk analysis and management.
