For projects in local African regions, we ensure cultural alignment by hiring talent fluent in indigenous languages, enhancing community engagement and project success. 2. Training We provide various degrees of training to members of management and staff in the areas of Basic Management Development, Communication Skills, Leadership & Development, Human resources, Health & safety, Business writing clinic, Customer services with emphasis on Call Center Management, Customer Recovery & Retention, Refresher Programing for Customer Service, and Customer Changing Need Analysis. We also have a skill enhancement program for customer psychologists of different orientation and specialization. We design a training module on risk management for small businesses with a particular focus on the behavioural perspectives in risk analysis and management. 3.
