1. ENGINEERING CONSULTING Our engineers provide design engineering, optimization services and onsite support covering Process, Mechanical, Electrical and Control Systems Engineering. Our Engineering design work is based on credible standards and codes such as SANS, DIN, BS and others, depending on the client industry and nature of project in industries including:  Food Processing,  Chemical and petrochemical,  Pharmaceutical,  Manufacturing,  Water & waste treatment  Power plants Engineering Drawings – Utilizing the latest in computer aided tools we offer engineering drawings such as Process Information Diagrams (P&ID’s), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s), Mechanical Flow Diagrams (MFD’s), Piping Isometric Drawings, General Arrangements (GA’s), Plant layout Drawings, Plot Plans, Civils, Electrical Reticulation. 2. RISK ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE Technical Risk Assessments using internationally accepted techniques such as RCA, HAZOP, SWIFT and FMECA and Risk Based Inspections. Regulatory Compliance – We provide services to clients who require Occupational Health and Safety Act legal compliance for Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) and Pressurized Equipment Regulations requirements. 3. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT PROCESSES We offer specialist expertise for mapping and optimization of business work flow processes, including automation of processes to allow tracking and approvals. Our expertise includes implementing Change Management systems, document control (creation, updating, maintenance) and libraries for Company documents such as Company Policies, Procedures, Eng. Drawings. 4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT We provide project resources (across all disciplines and all phases) to our clients to support the project team. The project remains client driven where we provide a Lead resource to advise the Client Project Team as well as lead the project resources supporting the Project.
