Established in 1996, HME, Inc. is an AISC certified leading provider of high-quality structural steel and custom metal fabrication in the Midwest. Operating out of a manufacturing facility in Topeka, Kansas, and with locations in Kansas City, Dallas and Denver, HME employs nearly 400 skillfully trained and experienced personnel. Our team specializes in estimating, design, engineering, fabrication and erection services, and holds various certifications in engineering, welding and inspection. HME provides more than just metal fabrication to its clients. Advanced software is used to establish accurate bids; computer aided design systems and 3D modeling software aid our detailers in providing quality drawings; AWS Certified welders and process automation through state-of-the-art CNC equipment ensures efficiency and accuracy throughout the entire fabrication process; experienced, sophisticated paint endorsement (SPE) painters apply coatings as required for each job; and completed products are delivered to the job site by HME's own drivers. Our Quality Assurance program guides each process from start to finish. Inspections and quality checks are implemented systematically throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure only the highest quality products are delivered to the jobsite.
