HMR Legacy is a property investment company established in 2017. We specialise in sourcing and purchasing distressed properties either for re-sale, as a buy to let once refurbished or to supply to our network of investor partners.
Who are HMR Legacy?
HMR Legacy' was created by Directors, Fraser Campbell & Alastair Raitt, who between them have over 50 years’ experience in construction, project management, property development and property management.
HMR Legacy Ltd is a subsidiary of our parent company HM Raitt & Sons, (whom we share our culture and ethos) which was established over 110 years ago, as a family business with a well-known reputation for quality, reliability and honesty.
Where are you located?
We operate out of our main office in Olivebank Road in Musselburgh.
We are always happy to hear about potential properties for purchase and delighted to hear from potential investors.
