At the Stress Project, we provide low-cost counselling, wellbeing activities, and complementary therapies to support mental and emotional health. As a holistic service, we aim to treat the whole person – not just their symptoms – offering a safe and caring environment.
We are part of Holloway Neighbourhood Group, which also runs the Old Fire Station community centre that offers free social, creative, and wellbeing activities.
