本公司創立於民國 1988 年，主要生產氣動、電動工具零組件，於金屬類切削加工零件領域獲得認證，且為同業所推崇，對於客戶不同的需求給予世界級的技術支持。
電、氣動工具有相當多的零件，需要繁複程序製作及組裝。本公司自行研發的日立HITACHI H41、H65破碎機(Jack Hammer、Demolition Hammer、Breaker Hammer)快速接頭，就是一成功的開發案例，其優異的特性獲得日本廠商(HITACHI)的驗證為有能力達成完成品製作及組裝。
另外鑿刀的開發也是公司的一大特點，針對國際規格SDS PLUS、SDS-MAX四溝、五溝(德國BOSCH規格)或是Hexagon六角接頭(日本HITACHI規格)，從源頭的鍛造就加入設計，幾何公差達到更高的精度。刀尖的鍛打也是本公司的優勢，自主設計的凸輪式熱鍛打機台，可以同步四面鍛尖鑿刀。
