Juli Hobby is the CEO of Hobby Consulting Group. She and her husband, Thomas, bought their first franchise business in 2008. In 2013, Juli began her ministry career in Denver, Colorado, serving as the Executive Assistant to the Lead Pastor and then the Executive Director over ministries and operations. During her tenure, she spearheaded numerous initiatives that propelled the church forward in both growth and community engagement. Her strategic vision and commitment to excellence helped transform the behind the scenes operations, staff culture, and first impressions of the guest experience.
After selling two different franchise locations, Juli and Thomas Hobby embarked on a new chapter and moved back to their hometown of Orlando, Florida, in 2021. Juli began serving on a church staff team as the Communications Director. Through innovative digital campaigns, compelling storytelling, and effective messaging, Juli now helps churches reach new heights in aligning and spreading their vision.
Thomas Hobby is the CFO of a franchise company and currently owns and operates a local fitness business. He is also a financial coach specifically helping individuals with personal monthly budgets and debt consolidation.
The Hobbys have 4 children, are certified marriage coaches, and host the Marriage Puzzle podcast.
