Established on the Island of Mauritius in 1986, our independent entities within the group, source & provide stationery, books, and associated product to our own retail stores situated across the Island as well as servicing the wider wholesale market. We also have exclusive distributorships with world-known suppliers. HobbyWorld is a company dealing in Stationery, Garment Accessories, Haberdashery, Arts & Craft, Adhesives, Sealants & Construction Chemicals. Stores are in Quartre Borne, Rose Hill, Port Louis, Curepipe, Rose Belle & Beau Plan. Editions de L’Ocean Indien (EOI) is one of the main importers and distributors of books, providing a wide range from comprehensive dictionaries to fully illustrated books to primary and secondary schools. EOI was appointed as the official representative by the International Standard Book Number (ISBN) Agency, based in London, to set up and co-ordinate the use of the system in Mauritius. Stand- alone stores are in Port Louis & Rose Hill with a limited book range available in our HobbyWorld stores across the Island.
