The Houston Organizational Development Network (HODN) is a learning community that develops, supports, and inspires OD practitioners.
We create events in a congenial atmosphere, designed to maximize personal learning, develop social capital, and advance the theory and practice of organization development.
HODN members represent a broad range of professions in a wide variety of organizations and industries. Members come from private companies to non-profit organizations and government agencies. We are roughly half internal practitioners while the other half operates their own consulting firms, engages in private practice, and education and research.
To strengthen Houston’s robust and evolving OD professional network, we offer resources, support, professional development, community experience, networking opportunities, and volunteering experiences.
