In 1921, Hoffman Auto Group was founded by brothers Israel and Barney Hoffman with the acquisition of a Ford franchise in New Hartford, Connecticut. In 2025, the company celebrated its first expansion outside of CT with the acquisition of two dealerships in Burlington, Vermont.
