These easy to implement, multilevel wellness trainings are tailored to meet the unique needs of your company and it's employees. Choose from and/or bundle: 1) Yoga and meditation classes delivered to your place of business, with livestreaming options for remote employees. 2) Offsite support through classes and memberships at the Hol-body Yoga Studio location 3) Employee Wellness Workshops 4) Pre-recorded Hol-body Yoga videos *HOW I DO THIS- I am with you 100% every step of the way. We start with a brief video or phone call to discuss your company's culture and what you would like to improve. I tailor a plan to your unique goals. Finally, I come to your employees with all equipment needed to guide them through the yoga/meditation class or workshop. *Hol-body Yoga Studio- Hol-body has an open door yoga studio, located in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Classes are for all levels but put a special emphasis on those new to yoga. MY BACKGROUND- I had been practicing yoga for over 10 years when I decided to share this practice with the community by becoming certified and opening a local yoga studio. During 2020, my yoga practice saved me from mental and physical health ailments those around me suffered with. As I witnessed employers and employees struggle, I decided to teach my skills to as many people as possible. Hol-body has helped hundreds, if not thousands of people with their physical, mental and spiritual health through corporate and beginner's yoga and meditation services.
