HOL + WELL is a company deeply committed to disrupting normative alcohol culture and reducing alcohol-related harm through education, coaching and consulting services.
Founded by Amy C. Willis (she/her) in 2019, HOL + WELL offers a variety of evidence-based coaching programs that have supported hundreds of women and folks within the LGBTQ+ community in entering and sustaining sobriety and creating lives they love.
HOL + WELL also provides full-service support to companies and organizations in creating an alcohol-safe workplace environment through a multi-pronged approach that involves education and awareness trainings and workshops, leadership and employee coaching and policy analysis and change.
In addition, Amy is a public speaker and regularly delivers talks and presentations on various aspects of alcohol culture, wellness, sober curiosity/mindful drinking and more.
