HolaAndes combines the sectrets of the Dutch cheese tradition with the natural richness of Colombia. The artesanal cheeses are produced by small-scale farmers in the village of Monquentiva with water from the páramo and milk from happy cows. The farmers of the village passionately combine the secrets of Holland with the natural ingredients from the region.
