Hola Therapy

We care about providing world class, ethical, evidence-based therapy to people living away from home. We are a team of internationally-trained English and Spanish speaking therapists. We are based in Mexico City, Mexico, and provide therapy online and face-to-face. We work with English and Spanish speakers in Mexico, as well as expats, immigrants and bicultural persons worldwide. We have 9 therapists on our team from four continents and disciplines including psychology, social work, mental health counselling and psychoanalysis. Our team of therapists is primarily made up of immigrants to Mexico, bringing various cultures, languages, practice backgrounds and specialisations to Hola Therapy.
