Hold Fast Elite ltd is the freshest, most exciting, and unique, outdoor team building, and mental and physical health business out there! Based on the Royal Navy Clearance Diver Mindset, it uses water and land to provide fantastic challenge days for all levels of fitness. There is nothing else out there like the Hold Fast Challenges. We offer mental and physical health, team building, leadership, and total enjoyment, for anyone who wants to take our challenges on. Our challenges are intimate, and have a very personalised feeling for all participants. They are run by former Clearance Divers, and other military Veterans, and give everyone a really personal and authentic experience. We are also official fund raisers for Help for Heroes, and supporters of Leuchie House, two amazing charities.
