A Wide Range of Plastics: We offer industrial plastic rods, tubes and plates from stock. We offer an extremely vast range of products, including ZX-100, polyamides (PA6, PA6G) polyoxymethylenes (POM), POM-C copolymer and the homopolymer version POM-H. In addition, we also have other high-tech materials in stock such as PEEK and PCTFE. Cut to Size: We can deliver small and large-scale cuttings from plastic rods, tubes and plates in a timely manner. We offer extremely high quality and accuracy with all our products. We operate with a general cutting accuracy of +/- 0.3 mm. CNC Turning: We offer many different types of CNC lathes which make it possible for us to produce small, medium and large product series. The tooling and design of our lathe ensures precise, efficient machining of plastics CNC Milling: Using CAD-CAM-supported milling machines the production of components of different complexity is ensured in small and large quantities. Different table-sized machines ensure optimum production.
