Our campus provides a continuum of care that enable our residents to age in place whenever possible and maintain the friendships they establish in our community. Set on seven acres of picturesque well-established grounds, we are in the heart of the Holgate neighborhood.
We aim to assist and care for people so that they can enjoy a life worth living. Whether on or off-campus, our activity directors create an entertainment calendar each month to provide a variety of pastimes that cater to each resident’s mental and physical well-being and offer a choice of relaxing social events.
